Terms of Use
Rules governing access to and use of the Lumi Analytics platform.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By applying for or using Lumi, the applicant confirms authority to bind the organization identified in the application and accepts these Terms. Access is subject to email verification, manual review, and activation by Lumi. Submission does not guarantee approval.
2. Service
Lumi provides tools for lead and client management, pipelines, tasks, communications, analytics, re-engagement, and AI-assisted commercial automation. Features may evolve, and optional providers require separate credentials and terms.
3. Accounts and tenant users
The organization administrator is responsible for authorized users, accurate information, credential security, role assignment, and prompt removal of access that is no longer needed. Accounts may not be shared outside the authorized organization.
4. Customer data and communications
The tenant organization controls the lawfulness, accuracy, notices, permissions, opt-outs, retention, and use of lead and customer data. It must honor stop requests and applicable marketing, privacy, consumer, and telecommunications rules. Lumi acts on configured instructions and does not provide the tenant's legal basis.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not abuse, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass authorization, upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate others, send unsolicited or prohibited communications, violate third-party rights, or use the service for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review.
6. AI and automation
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. The tenant must review material communications, configure safeguards, and keep a human able to intervene. Lumi does not guarantee conversions, revenue, response rates, or uninterrupted provider availability.
7. Fees and renewal
Implementation fees, recurring fees, currency, payment dates, taxes, renewal, and any approved exceptions are governed by the applicable commercial order or checkout accepted by the organization. Nonpayment may result in restricted, read-only, suspended, or canceled access according to the commercial lifecycle.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Lumi and its licensors retain the platform, software, designs, documentation, and related rights. The tenant retains its content and grants Lumi the limited rights necessary to provide and secure the service. Each party must protect non-public information received from the other.
9. Suspension and termination
Lumi may restrict or suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, provider constraints, or protection of users and systems. After termination, export and deletion are handled according to the commercial order, Privacy Notice, legal duties, and technically reasonable backup cycles.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable professional care but without a promise that every result, provider, integration, or automation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses; any contractual cap or mandatory consumer right in the applicable commercial order or law remains controlling.
11. Changes and contact
The current version is 2026-08-28. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they govern continued use. Contact contato@lumianalytics.com.br with legal or commercial questions. Applicable law and dispute procedures must be defined in the relevant commercial order rather than fabricated in these public Terms.
